    We review your current strata plan, financials and management agreement, and ask your committee five structured questions to understand what you actually need.

    Transition

    We coordinate the records handover with your current manager, audit financials and registers, and give your committee a written 30-day transition plan.

    Day-to-day management

    Your dedicated manager runs meetings, financial reporting, compliance, maintenance coordination and contractor oversight — with quarterly reporting to the committee.

    24-hour response SLA on all committee correspondence.

  4. 04

    Ongoing partnership

    Each year we run a strategy review with your committee: capital works, insurance benchmarking, bylaws review, and any legislative changes relevant to the scheme.
