Privacy Policy

NovaSM (XX XXX XXX XXX) handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

When you submit the quote form, we collect: name, email, phone, role, postcode, scheme details and anything you choose to include in the notes field.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up. We do not sell or share your information for marketing by third parties.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are sent by email via Resend and stored in Airtable. Analytics is provided by Plausible, which does not set cookies and does not collect personal information.

Retention

We retain quote requests for 24 months from last contact, after which they are archived or deleted.
