We started NovaSM because NSW owners corporations deserve a manager who picks up the phone, explains the fees, and shows up prepared.
Why we exist
The strata industry has not kept pace with the schemes it serves. Inboxes go quiet, invoices are opaque, and committees end up chasing their own manager. We believe NSW strata deserves better — and we built NovaSM to prove it.
